Orders placed before 3 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 3 pm will be shipped the following business day.
Most orders within Nairobi will be delivered the same day. Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered overnight by courier.
The following delivery fees apply:

- Outside Nairobi city center: Ksh. 300
- Outside Nairobi: Ksh. 300
